I greatly improved my skills. The language course for Erasmus students at the beginning of the year was particularly well organized and certainly enabled me to follow lessons and take notes immediately. After a year I was able to write essays and take oral exams without problems and acquired a great deal of technical vocabulary besides everyday knowledge words.

cafe atlantico for brazilian dancing or just a drink by the harbour (and all on a boat!) good restaurants and cafes all over the place. Salamandres for a dance around a fountain, cafe des anges for fabulous salsa dancing, and quai des beers for an all round jolly good bar.
