not a problem when you make mistakes, they find it wonderfull that you are there and try to speak their language. The people are patient with you. Also, there are a lot of foreign people, so you are not the only one who doesn't speak the language without mistakes.

I can say the life, at the beginning, it was really easy because the french people doesn't try to understand you. After we the experince i haven't problems to talk and to write the language. Now I know many person with wich i speak and i write e-mail in french

Norway is very expensive, so living in France was a breeze in comparison. Also, the French have a lot of students discounts (e.g. airlines, SNCF, cinema, hairdresser's,...) which makes it pretty affordable to study there.

People hang up fliers around university looking for flatmates or selling scooters, books, laptops,... Have a look around, you never know where you might find a bargain! Also, try the CRIJ (Centre régional d'information de jeunesse) where you'll find all sorts of useful information.
