Don't listen who say that Liège is a awful,grey town.you can find something beauty even here,if you want.You have to be open, tou have to be happy! P.S read Pedigree, La danseuse du Gai Moulain,Le pendu de Saint-Pholien,Les trois crimes des mes amis by Georges Simenon.He is born in Liège and these novels are located in this town.

You have a lot of time to spend...because there are only few hours of courses

Because the food is more expensive, in relation with telephone I spent less because my friends of Spain and my family they telephoned me always. In accommodation more because in Spain I live with my family. In nightlife the same more or less. I travel i spent more because Belgium is so near of a lot of beautiful places that I wanted to visit and was my opportunity of do it. Overall the expenses are important, besides the Erasmus grand is not very high.

Belgian people kiss each other 3 times - even guys ! They are really nice, specially in Walonia.

University of Liege is very friendly with foreign students. There were some problems in the city (transport strikes and so on) and they were very helpful.

In september, when the course starts, it's very difficult to find a nice apartament, it's better go before.

It's a good university, but students are very competitive
