A lot of classes were held in Catalan, which led to difficulties when the teachers refused to speak spanish instead.

Living with a spanish lady meant that my spanish improved alot, whereas in the university it didn't improve enough.

Instruction language was both catalan and spanish, and most of the courses were in catalan. But I had lived in Barcelona before, so after a while it was no problem for me.

My experience was great! I learned a lot and mostly to exchange with everyone in every kind of situation, at university and out, in every social situation.
