The university is not the greatest academically, but one learn a lot about Malaysian culture and how the system works. They were extremely accomodating at the school.

Overall I find Malaysia and the people living there very interesting. It is easy to travel around in the country and people are helpful. If you want to travel around in Malaysia or to any of the neighbouring countries ask your taxi driver. He probably knows someone who can take you where you want pretty cheap or he arrange to do it himself just to earn some more money.

les cours sont normaux pas vraiment extraordinaires mais cela me va.Les professeurs sont sympatiques et tres presents . Ils repondent vite aux mails et apportent une aide et une explication concrete et exhaustive . la vie estudiantine est plutot interessante . il y a beaucoup d'activitées .En gros c'est une belle experience

L'espace carrières

L'ecole propoe beacoup d'echanges universitaires . Personnelement j'ai un stage au service des relations internationales de l'ecole . Mais il faut demander pour pouvoir y etre . Et il n'y a pas vraiment beau de postes vacants

The university has given me the opportunity to be independent as well as enjoy my study. The local people are hospitable and friendly. Many international students also find it cheap to study here.

USM is a university in a garden. It has a relaxing atmosphere where students can freely explore and study.

I am an international postgraduate student here, at USM, and my experience here is terrible. Neither qualified supervisors exist, nor research facilities! At least at the school of Pharmacy! Ask any international student, and they would tell you the same if not worse! USM now is not about science and education. It is all about how they would make money and profit.

Points forts

The location, the overall environment, and the people you could make friends of.

Inconvénients

No qualified supervisors, facilities / devices are mostly broke down, embezzlement, and racism
