In the first days I was crazy. The Irish accent was really difficult to me because I always studied english accent. But I was lucky because of the fact that irish people are very polite and they try to explain everything till you understand it.

Cork is a typical irish city full of pubs and discopubs. The most popular place for the university students is called "an brog". I went also in many tipycal small pub attended by irish people in general.

Just be way that Cork is expensive. However, to minimize cost, I do shop at Tesco and Lidle. I find Lidle better and cheaper as well, because I can buy all the suffs I am familiar with (Lidle is a German shop.
