on campus: the Galary, the Pitt; i was travelling a lot, the landscape is amazing around Vancouver, skiing can be done in Whisthler (1.5 hours driving)

Vancouver Island is georgous, all the coast around Vancouver and the mountains are beautiful. It is also a paradise for skiing!

Course recommendations
Entire Faculty of Commerce is very good and has a well deserved reputation. The undergraduate courses do however seem to be somewhat better compared to graduate courses. Many graduate courses do not require much of academic experince in the particular field and tend to be rather basic.
