Choose courses early because getting the courses can be a pain in some departments like Computer Science, Electrical Engineering.

I liked it because it was an awesome life experience. As one writer mentioned before, this place is completely different from the rest of the Western world. These people are not known for the culture (in fact this is so true), and most of them are not very friendly either. Actually, most (if not all) of my friends here are international students. Don't expect to find life-time friendships (I don't think you will find it), and try to be as superficial as you can. Please get a car as soon as you get here (your life will be miserable without one) and learn how to cook, you will need it.

I recommend you come here if you want to be culture shocked. This place is so different than the rest of humanity. This place is great if your really shallow as well... The school is called the University of Spoiled Children and the University of Second Choice. The individuals there are either intelligent middle class people that weren't good enough for ivy league schools, or they are rich snobby idiots whos dads got them in.
