After two years living in a university owned property (the first in the dorm and then in an appartment), I chose to live in an appartment because the area where the school is located is "not very good" I would say, and besides I didn't want to live with people who don't have any respect for someone else's own space and privaty.

It is supposed to be very nice for undergraduates. For graduates, the options are fewer and it is very expensive

it was perfect for me because I had to share the flat with another person but not the room, so it was quite independent.

Housing is very hard to find because of limited resouse compared with large amount of students. And price is high too.
