It was a really nice experience, and a good way to know more people from the country. We cooked together, I met her friends.It was the perfect chance to be with german people.

I was living in a small flat, but both rooms were pretty big, I had a big bed, a big table where I could study, a wonderful view, what else did I need??

It was a wonderful experience. I met a lots of people of different nationalities, but also a lot of german people who helped me with my exams at the university.

Student housing is widely available and what-you-pay-for... While I ahd a cheaper accommodation, I also received space and atmospherics to coinside with that. The more you pay, the better it is, which is understandable.
