The staff at general at UB, knows very little english, whish is good of course , but not so good if having very difficult task to manage

My native language is spanish and I speak a little french, so it was very easy reading Catalan, but hearing is a little more complicated. If you can't understand catalan just tell them and they'll immediately switch to Spanish.
